Cusp of ripeness apricot and greengage and tropical passionfruit and green pineapple to nose and muscular palate. Pure, sorbet-like fruit, with body, freshness and line. Will appeal to NZ Sauvignon drinkers. 2023-2026 (Sarah Ahmed)

Alvarinho

The grapes are harvested by hand. In the winery cold maceration followed by a gentle pressing at low pressure. Fermented in stainless steel tanks on the lees - 4 months of bâtonnage. Before bottling, the wine is carefully filtered and stabilised.
