Vale dos Ares Borras Finas

A tight, focused nose and palate with lime and hints of tangy, cusp-of-ripeness nectarine skin makes for a lively palate, with gently pillowy lees. Great line and length.

Alvarinho

The grapes are sourced from west-facing vineyards located between 150m-350m on granite and schist soil. Handpicked, they are sorted once again at the winery, crushed and, after around 36 hours of skin contact, gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tank. The wine remains on fine lees for 20 months prior to bottling.
