Wine Making
This delicate, fresh blend of varieties and vineyards comprises 30% Encruzado from Seia’s 30-year-old vines and 65% Bical with 5% Malvasia-Fina from Gouveia’s much older vines. Both vineyards sit at between 500-550m. The grapes were fermented in small stainless steel tanks, then aged on lees (lightly stirred) in large, used 500l oak barrels for eight months, allowing the varieties and terroir to shine.
