Textural, mineral, lingering and harmonious, Pedro Coelho’s careful sourcing of fruit from elevated old Douro Superior vineyards and subtle use of oak and lees produce a rather Burgundian white. Reveals white orchard fruits, cut with grapefruit and pebbly, mineral acidity. Graceful from tip to toe.

Old vines of Rabigato, Malvasia Fina and Códega do Larinho

Fermentation with indigenous yeast in french oak barrels with no temperature control and no malolactic fermentation. Wine aged in the same barrels for 11 month with small lees and no battonage.

Serve cold 10 -12°C
